New groove
For a long while I’ve listened to the industrial stream over at Rant Radio to get my industrial/synth fix. Recently the stuff they’ve been playing has been too caustic though, they’re moving to more crunchy noisy material that really doesn’t appeal to me. I was going over to Digitally Imported, my other “stock” electronica outlet, to hook my bad self up with some psytrance or something. It turns out Digitally Imported just started a future/synthpop stream so I thoght I’d check it out. It’s actually pretty good. It’s a lot like Rant Radio used to be a few years ago. Lots of stuff they don’t play on RR anymore since they’ve replaced half their playlist with noise. If any of you out there are into industrial/synth, check out the stream here
EDIT – Plugging IPM radio as mentioned in the comments. Again if you’re into the genre deff check these guys out. Their playlists are much less repetitive than either of the above sources. I find more new material from IPM than any other source. I thought they were just a weekend show, but I’ve been schooled.

I have it on good authority that IPM Radio plays a fair amount of good stuff too.
oooo, did IPM always broadcast on weekdays? I used to only be able to get it on weekends. Big fan of IPM.
podcasts and 24/7 downloads have always been available – 8 year archive worth.
the 24/7 shoutcast stream of ipm content started a few months ago, prior to that it was NDR content.
aaaah, gotcha. well consider my links updated. I’ve always dug the material at IPM.
Me too. The food aint bad either.
I’ll take “Signs we’re getting old.” for 1,000, Alex.
